MobileBytes Introduces Kiosk Ordering App

MobileBytes, a provider of POS solutions for iPad, has announced that it will be releasing a fully integrated kiosk ordering system. The Self-Order Kiosk app, which can be loaded onto stationary iPads anywhere in the restaurant, prompts customers through the ordering process and accepts credit card payments for orders.

Completed orders are processed directly through the restaurant’s POS system, so kitchen staff can begin preparing the order immediately, saving time for both the customer and the restaurant.

Customers using Self-Order Kiosk can bypass counter lines for faster, more accurate order entry. The system is environmentally friendly and paperless with receipts available through email or text message, further improving guest experience and reducing restaurant paper cost.

The final product is expected to be available for merchant use later this year 2017. Pricing will be announced in advance of the final product release. MobileBytes authorized resellers will provide hardware and installation, as well as ongoing support.
