Deliverect, the global restaurant technology company powering digital ordering for restaurant brands worldwide, has announced a partnership with KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, the Korean BBQ and hot pot franchise chain with more than 140 U.S. locations,. Under the partnership, KPOT will deploy Deliverect’s third-party order aggregation and menu management platform across its national restaurant network.

The deployment gives KPOT a single digital layer connecting orders from third-party delivery marketplaces to each restaurant’s point-of-sale, along with centralized menu control across every channel and every location.

Menu updates, pricing adjustments, and item availability changes now propagate across all marketplaces and restaurants from a single point of control, rather than requiring manual updates channel by channel or store by store.

As KPOT continues to expand nationwide, delivering a seamless ordering experience, whether guests dine in or order online, remains our top priority. Partnering with Deliverect gives our franchise network the operational stability and central control needed to manage third-party orders effortlessly, ensuring our food arrives fresh and accurate every time,” said Victor Chow, Senior Vice President and Partner, KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot.

KPOT has grown from a single restaurant in 2018 to more than 140 locations across the United States, operating through a franchise model. The pace of that expansion has increased the operational complexity of managing digital ordering consistently across every restaurant, particularly on third-party marketplaces where menu accuracy and order flow reliability directly affect guest experience.

Deliverect’s platform is designed to remove that complexity by handling third-party order integration as a standardized layer across the entire network.

Orders arrive in each restaurant’s point-of-sale in the same workflow regardless of the source marketplace, and menu changes made once at the franchise level appear across every channel automatically.

“KPOT is one of the most impressive growth stories in the restaurant industry today, and we are incredibly proud to be chosen as their partner. Standardizing third-party ordering across 140-plus locations is critical for maintaining consistency at scale, and we look forward to supporting their continued growth across the U.S.” said Noah Hayes, VP at Deliverect.Â
